What version of the bios are you operating? Have you made any changes to the bios?
To understand:
You reinstalled the VGA drivers from Shuttle Directly (overwriting the NVidia Files)
You Installed the updated Chipset Drivers
And You ran Microsoft Update and got all the updates.
And you have a current version of the Bios?
