MicroStudio v2.506 Won't Install - Won't Go Beyond "Please Insert Disc 1"
Can't install 2.506 in Win98SE and Win2000
1. Downloaded the Program Twice. Shows 2,660,338 as Program Size.
2. Internet Shows ID parameters Match.
3. Program accepts Registration Number.
4. Upon Installation, Install Stops and won't go any further that at
"Please insert disc that contains file layout.bin.
5. Program is directed to Windows\Temp Directory for files.
6. The Windows/Temp Directory HAS THESE FILES.
7. BUT SAYS "Setup could not find a file on the specified path or disk" Please check that the proper disk is inserted or specify a new path".
8. PATH IS CORRECT AND THE REQUESTED FILES ARE THERE, BUT PROGRAM WILL NOT CONTINUE.
9. I have all Windows Updates and Hotfixes for BOTH Win98SE and Win2000.
10. No missing or corrupted files found in SYSTEM FILE CHECKER.
