I purchased this program on July 25th, and reinstalled it as stated in the email instructions.

I'm getting Error # 1 ... Contact MTU

I'm using a brand new xp home vaio sony w/ethernet card factory installed. I registered on this computer, and have no problems with the card. But i have cable internet connection w/ethernet card.

I'm still getting Error # 1.

I uninstalled / reinstalled ... shut down and restarted the computer and ...

I'm still getting Error # 1.

Please help.
