Wink Problems...

Firstly, the code which is used in Karaoke Home Producer is exactly the same as that used in Karaoke Pro, so when you use the 'export CD+G' function in your software you are creating a .cdg track which is compatible with all players bearing the CD and Graphics mark.

The fact that the track plays perfectly in Microstudio shows that it is not the fault of the software.

Did you actually tell the KJ that your disc was a CD+G disc? Otherwise he/she may have assumed that it was an audio only disc, and he/she may have played it on a standard CD player, explaining the black screen.

You could test your disc by playing it in Microstudio directly from the CDR. If there are no graphics in this case, then there is a problem with the disc and the way you have written it.
