First, read the Forum policy
by clicking here. Specifically read #3 and #7 items... why I have split these posts to a new thread.
Why have we changed? Too many people were flaming others for no reason other than just not thinking before they posted. We expect all participants to be respectful...
in every post. If you flame someone and they respond, then you edit your post, it is not clear who heated up the Thread. That is why there is no more editing after posting.
Jahern, I do not mean to "single you out" here. You are just like many who get emotionally involved on a Topic,
myself included at times! Too many disrepectful posts have been made in the past by all of us, and we have lost some very good members due to this. We need to all be respectful of others.
Here are some ways to be respectful in the Forums:

Use a Subject heading that describes the Thread you are starting. When someone visits the Forums looking for information, the Subject is the first thing they read, and often the only thing they see; i.e. they don't use the keyword search.

Do not start a new topic under an existing Thread... create your own new thread.

Do NOT post flaming or insulting remarks for any reason.
Please note: When you create a new Thread or Post a reply, there is a
Preview Reply button at the bottom right, beside the
Submit Reply button. Click this to see what your post will look like BEFORE you post it.
I often edit as many as 10-15 times before finally submitting. That way, I know my message is as clear as I can make it. I have previewed and edited this post over 10 times.
