If you have tried everything Roy described you should be good to go. Make sure your Bose is turned on after hooking up your usb cable to the computer. Then reboot your computer. After doing this and assuming you have followed Roy\'s suggestions, you should see the Bose audio option in your audio devices. You need to select this as your default. If you have followed all the steps and don\'t see the bose listed in your audio devices it may be that you don\'t have the Bose driver installed. You may need to go to the Bose web site and download the driver.

NOTE: It is important that you have your Bose turned on and hooked up to the computer before turning your computer on. If not your computer may not recoginize the Bose Tonematch.
