Go to the Start Menu\Settings\Control Panel.
Click on Administrative Tools\ Computer Management
Then click on Disk Management
You should see a Disk 0 which is the C:\ drive
And then a Disk 1 which would be the D:\ drive
You might have to right click on the D:\ drive and format it or set it up since it is different.
