Re: MTU Hoster Support Tickets
Ok, so I have the Hoster Quad and Have it on 4 computers, 2 with Windows XP and 2 with Windows 7 that I upgraded to Windows 10. When I went to upgrade Hoster to the newest version one of the Windows 10 upgrade fine and then the second one would not upgrade because it claimed I had already installed it on the maximum number of computers. I then tried the 2 Windows XP and they worked fine when upgrading. I am assuming that when I went from Win 7 to Win 10 it registered as different Computers and so that is why it thinks I have installed to many times. In any case I filled out a emergency Ticket about 6 days ago and have not heard anything or have not been able to upgrade.
Can MTU Support please help me out.
