I never got the answer on the ticket
"Your ticket at MTU.com has been received and assigned ID: 78878-3001121400"
The ticket has been deleted I am assuming the $246.99 was a typo on MTUs part although in the cart it kept coming up as on CDROM, even though it was not ordered that way.
My charge was $279.49 for the "Video Hoster (4 computer) for ONLY $246.99!"
