The only things I know of but have no experience of using are some of the new digital mixers.
These you still connect all your mics, computer and amps into but you control them from another device like another laptop, ipad, or android device fro anywhere.
So you would connect everything up on stage but your soundman could sit anywhere in the audience controlling it.

And if you goto their downloads page you can find apps for most types to download to see the interfaces.

Again you can select a demo on that page to see the interface.
There are quite a few others on the market but they can be much more expensive.
But then if you can afford to pay a sound guy perhaps money is not a problem
