After speaking with you on chat yesterday evening, I found more issues by you not having that xmlite.dll file. I would say all your issues are do to you not having all the Windows Updates installed. That is the first thing I would do, and it may take 1-2 days to get them all downloaded and installed on that computer.

As soon as you submit a ticket, you should have an email telling you it was submitted. I just tested and it is working fine, so as I think with your system not being fully updated as much as it can be for Xp that is your main issue.
