Stublack, I am having same problems. I load new files, zip or kma, run the database and it tells me how many songs it processed and that 0 were loaded. Very frustrating. I have become quite familiar with the manual and finally tried loading my new stuff via the import song. Seems to have worked but did not identify all of my songs. Let me know if you figure out an easier way.
