Re: Tech Support Need help
My Windows 7 was failing and since I was able to get one of those Windows 8.1 licenses I decide to re format the hard drive, so no I did not uninstall it.
Also when I try to install it on the new Windows 8.1 it tell me that my installation Regcode allow me to install it on 2 computers but I have all ready 2 installs and it takes me to the MTU web page.
And no, I don't get any automated response when I submit the ticket, just the Thanks for Submitting the ticket, bla bla bla. I check my spam folder and I don't have any email from MTU. However I can get this notifications from the forum and also I did use this service before. This is why I start this post, because I was thinking maybe MTU is close for the holidays or their website is not working properly.
