Did you use the serial number that was included in the email? If so then this is why, it states that you can't use that Serial number. You must run the KProID.exe program that is also in the email for it to allow us to create your Serial number from your system. If you never ran that program, then please run it. You must also have a Network card installed in your computer for that program to run, or to beable to use Karaoke Pro 4.008.
