Unregister Hoster 3.316 to allow 5.20 install
A few weeks ago I purchased an upgrade to my ancient version of Hoster (full version). The old version (3.316) does not have the built-in feature to unregister and move the installation to a new computer. I submitted a Help Ticket on 4/29/14 and received acknowledgement the ticket was received.
It's now been over two weeks and I'm yet to get a reply. Should it take this long to get a reply to a help ticket?
