It's easy if you imported the songs with their correct language selected in the first place.
If you didn't set the correct language then you need to set them in the edit dialog first, if you have particular brands that are Spanish or French you could list them in the edit dialog multiples view by just selecting the brand match button then use the wild card character * in the find box or if you know specific Disc id's search on them you could then edit the language of that whole disc or brand in one go otherwise afraid you have the long job of editing them one at a time

Once in the songbook dialog select the appropriate radio button in this example select the top one "Entire songbook" then be sure to tick the "Use Exclude Checked items List". In the right hand pain, tick the box for language then reveal the list by clicking on the "+" sign, all the languages will be ticked to exclude them all so untick the language or languages you want to print. Now when you press the create Button it will filter out all the other languages and just print your selection.
