I have my song book in Excel also...
They way I do it is, I create it in Hoster and I have set Hoster to use MS Word to import it.
Then, from the Word document, select it (ctrl a), copy it (ctrl c), and then paste it (ctrl v) into an Excel blank worksheet.
From there you edit it as needed...
