Re: Unable to rebuild database

if these problems only started recently can you use system restore and choose a date just prior to when the problems started.

Other than that when you re-installed did you tick the box that appears in one of the install screens for clear all settings ?
If not try that as it should rebuild the registry, only thing is you may lose all your instabutton settings.

How much free space is left on your hard drive?
If you don't go to my computer right click on hard drive and select properties. You should have at least 25% free space for Hoster to work properly.

Regarding the screen problem, in the top right hand corner of the main Hoster interface you have 3 icons - to shrink it to the task, the x to shut down but the middle one sends it to full screen or allows you to resize the sceen by stretching the corners, is this stuck in full screen ?

Other than that check out your screen resolutions for each monitor.
to do that right click on desktop select properties then settings, when you see the 2 monitors shown side by side try selecting the # 1 monitor and change it's resolution then try the same with monitor 2 also right click each screen and choose properties and check all the settings seem ok with no messages giving error messages.
after any changes press apply and OK.
