Are your song files on an external hard drive ?
If so check that the volume letter hasn't changed.
Check the connection isn't faulty.
If you have a spare usb connection lead try that in place of the existing one, also try connecting it though another usb port if you have one.
If that doesn't help try restoring your computer to a date before the problem started.
You may have to rebuild the database again after doing this.
