Re: Missing Songs after import

This is where the Index song files that I suggested in the first place is better at importing these type of files over the just adding folders from the rebuild dialog.
You either need to separate them into folders that have the same naming order or use the Import Songs/Index Song Files which opens the dialog for "Index Hard Drive Files"
This dialog may be more time consuming but you can see exactly what it's doing and how it names the files before you import it.

I take it where you say "others are named in this format cb4040-12" that the title and artist follow that number ?
Or is it just the number in which case is it a kma file as they only show disc id's ?
If it's not a kma and only showing a disc id did it show the title and artist properly before ?

Before doing the following you will have to delete the "ImportedFiles.txt" from the folder your re importing from.
Assuming the title and artist follow that disc id, If you open the Index Hard drive files dialog, tick the box to "Hide Indexed Tracks" select the kmh type and either mp3g or zip depending on the type in your folder. Brows to the folder until you see your files populated and press Select.
You should now see the files listed in the top window.
If you select one that shows the triple type number as in your example cbep487-04-16 -lee, Tommy - Good Times. It should appear in a window on it's own just above the fields and separators, now set the first 3 boxes to ignore, so taking your example it would be Ignore - Ignore - ignore -Artist - Title.
You will have to make sure the separator has the same spaces before and after to match as in your file name, then select the single option not batch and press the Add Files button.
If you have all the seperators correct it should now fill the bottom with the first 99 tracks, if these are all the same brand you can enter a brand name, Hoster will allocate it's own disc id best to leave that as is. Tick the select all box.
Now look down the list and check that the artist & titles are in the correct columns, if any show wrong untick them from the select box, when your satisfied they are right press the index files button. It will then index all those that had the select box ticked. After that repeat using the Add files button until you have no more with the triple disk id format then alter the field order to import the rest.
I think you will do better to select to import the triple numbers first as I think Hoster will separate them better that way.

Just as an extra note, using 5.10, the old Hoster folder that was normally in C:\MTU\Hoster has been moved and can now be found from Tools Menu/Hoster Data folder.
