Re: Lyrics background is "transparent", making it hard to read lyrics
I'm not familiar with the MacBook or using Bootcamp which I presume you are using to run windows.
There was one thing changed in 5.09 and 5.10 in the Tools menu/options there was a tick box added for use the MTU Hoster power scheme, whether this could have any bearing on your problem, perhaps it messes with something on a Mac.
Check your power settings are running at maximum.
