I tried it after I made those changes it still did it, I went back and checked and looked under Sound Recording Stereo Mix Properties Advanced and unchecked Allow Applications to take exclusive control of this device. I also changed the Speaker Properties Advanced to 24 Bit 96000Hz Studio Quality. Then tried it. It was better, but still some sound issues. I changed Audio Control to 12, it works GREAT!!
Don't know for sure what did it, but it works.........
