I opted not to go that route only because it seemed to go against the mtu instructions to always have the latest updates. i will try it tho if nothing else works. Yes, but now I do remember one time that every time after I installed a specific windows update a while back that I was getting the error problem. All you really need to do is just to restore a few days back, or maybe just before your latest windows update, then see if that works, then reinstall any windows updates and see if the problem returns.
