Now I'm confused again. I don't know what this has to do with files going bad, it seems for no reason. What difference does it make what kind of computer I have? All my songs are on an extenal hard drive. So, why do some songs simpy start showing spots a few years after import? Do they just go bad or get worn out somehow?
