I had always imported from my cdg disks, but have had so many requests during a show for songs I don't have that I want to be able to download at a show.
To test my hope, I created a login at Tricerasoft.com and chose 14 songs to download. I chose the songs, "claimed" them, and downloaded.
The problem is now I cannot find where I downloaded them to.
Am I complete idiot? ... don't answer that.
I am just wondering if anyone else is having this problem.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Dee,

I also utilize a Tricerasoft account.

To answer your question above "Cannot find where I downloaded them to", it appears that with Tricerasoft just clicking save will direct your downloads to the last file you downloaded to or possiably a Windows Temp file.

Roy has posted some great instructions on how to locate the missing files. You can locate them that way or simply go back to Tricerasoft, login and over on the left side of the screen is the link for your songs that you have purchased "My Songs". Click that link and redownload them keeping the instructions below in mind.

In the future if you will select "Save As" you will be able to direct the downloads to any file you choose or create. For instance, I have created a "New Music" file on my desk top and any time I download a song I always select "Save As" and save it in that file. When I desire to search and play a song from that file I utilize the K-oke button in Hoster, navigate to the "New Music" folder and select the song.

One more thing, when I have 50 - 75 downloads, I import them into Hoster where they will become part of the database and will be searchable in Hoster.

Hope this helps!
