I have ran a karaoke business since 1996 with good ole' disks. I took the plunge and started running my shows a laptop with Hoster in 2010 and have enjoyed the ease of karaoke on a laptop.
I recently upgraded to a new laptop and was surprised at how easy (even for me) it was to transfer all of my music from my old laptop to my new laptop. I run my karaoke shows from an ASUS laptop with an external hard drive.
I had always imported from my cdg disks, but have had so many requests during a show for songs I don't have that I want to be able to download at a show.
To test my hope, I created a login at Tricerasoft.com and chose 14 songs to download. I chose the songs, "claimed" them, and downloaded.
The problem is now I cannot find where I downloaded them to.
Am I complete idiot? ... don't answer that.
I am just wondering if anyone else is having this problem.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
