Virtual DJ was never even turned on and neither was McAfee Antivirus. Well, Hoster crashed about 2 1/2 hours into the show. Had to restart Hoster. This was the first time Hoster crashed when it was the only program on and running.

The only thing different that I did try was fade in and out was 2 sec., instead of 3 sec. And remove silence's added silence was 2 sec., before and after, instead of 3 sec. At least I know that this has nothing to do with Vdj, but maybe the settings. Oh, it crashed after a hdmp3g song. So I have had crashes with all file types now.

I'm gonna go back and use Hoster only running with these settings at 3 sec. Instead of 2. So far, this combination hasn't had a crash yet after maybe 3 or 4 hundred singers total.

Were you using a VGA (probably minature on your new laptop) or HDMI for you video out?

Just curious.
