Re: using kma's database without rebuilding the 2nd computer
I've been using dropbox for quite some time now for a handful of tasks, mostly unrelated to karaoke. Dropbox doesn't seem to have too much benefit for the KJ since hoster chooses where various folders go and doesn't allow you to move certain ones. And dropbox only syncs files/folders within it's main folder.
However, this new (new to me) program, similar to dropbox, lets you choose which files to sync, regardless of where they are. Sounds like this would be perfect! What I've been doing, is doing all of my importing into one computer as well as any edits. Then copying the kma's, and rebuilding. Seems like with sugarsync, I will be able to just do it on one computer (using similar drive letter and version of hoster) and the second computer will be automatically updated with no effort!
Anyone else tried?
