It must be something changed on your computer just prior to getting these shut downs. It may be a new program you installed or even an update to another program, perhaps a windows update.
Only solution I can think of is to use system restore and try and select a date prior to when these shut downs started occurring. On windows 7 it should tell you before you restore what programs it will affect, there bye showing which programs altered after the date you select. Make a note of these updates so as not to reinstal a particular update if that is the cause.

I read on another post that if I have purchased the upgrade I will not need to reload the old version but I am not sure that extends back to 3.321a. Should I contact admin and remove 3.321a before I reformat or is it ok to just wipe the drive and do the clean install, then load the new upgrade? Any one know that answer or have a suggested order in which to do things?

Thanks a lot.

MTU state "If your software is a lower version number (ex: Hoster 3.321), please upgrade to the current version so you can move it any time you want.
Clicking the above link will explain more.
So they are saying upgrade it first then move it.
Other than that you will have to contact MTU to allow moving to another computer.
Just as note 3.321a is not 64bit compatible.
