I used the recovery program to go back to a earlier date and
re-installed the plextor burner. Also, I deleted any extra drivers
that I downloaded from the MTU web-site. So far I have not
had any more problems, but I have not burned any cd+g's.
I will soon to see if the problem starts again.
As, far as auto-notification goes, I am not the only one with the
problem. Another DJ that is a friend of mine has windows xp
home addition and he has the same problem. If you do not wait
for the "what do you want windows to do with the cd"
notification and it shows up during the burning process, it
will shut the burning process down and show a driver error. Just about type of up-date or notification will end the burning process
and ruin a blank cd.
