Are you saying that your amp & mixer are in the room with the desktop, but the speakers are in the "game room"? I have to ask why you have it set that way? And how are the speakers then connected to your amp so you get sound in the game room?
I use Hoster on my laptop to play karaoke in multiple rooms in my house also, but I am confused as to your setup.
