Hoster requires either Windows 2000 or XP. We only recommend using XP Pro, because it has true support for dual monitors. Your Dell 8200 should be ok, as long as it has either the NVIDIA or ATI Video chip in it. Download and try the demo of Hoster on it to make sure. You can find this at:
