thanks Roy i got songverter and converted the files i wanted to save everything worked perfectly except I could not seem to get that file ...
http://www.freecodecs.net/fc/lame-3.99.4.zip.... to install. it downloaded fine but when i clicked on it it simply extracted itself and sat there. it didn't actuality go to where ever it was supposed to go. i worked around this by converting the files i wanted to wma +cdg and everything was fine.
