If the file type say's Audio CD as you state in your reply, are you sure its not just an audio CD and not a karaoke CD ?
Both Audio only and Karaoke Cd's list files in explorer with a cda extension only.
Have you imported CD+G disc's before OK ?
Are you using Hoster or some other software when you try to import these tracks ?
If you are using Hoster, are you importing this via the import Singers disc option or the Import CD tracks option or some other way ?

If you copied the track from the CD into a file on your computer, I don't think you can do that.
I think you can only import a CD by fiscally loading a CD in the drive and copying it, not by copying the cda file as a cda file is not a hard drive format, to do that you would first have to burn the cda file to a CD then import it by loading the CD in the drive to import it.
