I need to let you know on this point how our Store Account downloads work. To prevent overloading the store website and making it "unavailable", downloads are available ONLY for 30 days after purchase.
The way to get setup files at any time is to go to the
Hoster Upgrade Page (or any other page found easiest in the "Support" navigation button, then click the product "Upgrade" column link).
Please recommend this in the future as how to get "any" setup version.
Please also tell them (just as mykaraokedj has rightly done) to SAVE that setup file on a CDROM or USB Thumb Drive for safe keeping.
