The only thing that I can think of that might cause this is that something in your Temp Directory is messed up under Windows or you have a Bad Installation File. Please try downloading the 4.32.03 version from here http://www.mtu.com/upgrades/hoster.htm . Try this and see if it will install. If it will not install either, then try doing this http://www.mtu.com/kb/kb/index.php?a...id=115&relid=1
