If they are kma files you would have to note the Disc ID and the last 2 digits of the Book ID for the track # of the file you are deleting in the Hoster Edit dialog then search your kma folder for it. If they are kmh files you can only note the Disc ID if your original file names contained the disc id else just note the title and artist and manufacturer and find it that way.
An alternative idea you could try if you are just trying to stop them appearing in the search is to just rename the artist and title fields to - and they will then not show when using the search dialog (Unless you enter -) and rebuilding the database wont re list them.
