I take it that these are wma audio files and that they are not DMA protected.
From the Import Songs tab select "Index Hard drive files" from here you have to decide if you want to use the .kmh or kma option, If you are unsure which to use you had best read the difference in the Manuel.
I would select the KMH button on the top row, then press WMA for the Audio Type, then brows to the folder on your hard drive containing the files, once you see your wma files press the select button from then on it's much the same as when you import your disc's, you should see instructions in the left column.
If this is how you have imported them but you are getting this zero time, with kmh type files, these have to remain in the same folder as the original .wma file, they have to remain in the folder in pairs with exactly the same file name except for the extension.
An easier way of importing audio only files is from the Import Songs/Build databse option. From ther Audio type select WMA then use the Add Folder or Add Folder/Sub-foldes button then navigate to your folder and select it. This will add all the selected type files in that folder to the database.
