No haven't gotten any response-running close on time..don't even know if reset will work..Have show tomorrow afternoon.
Thanks..I will keep checking the support ticket..last time I looked it shoed not view and one showed waiting response. Thought I'd get an email or call back but haven't.
Understand they're busy but time, it is passing by quickly....
