Our "Voice Over IP" phone system did not show any sales phone messages until today around 7PM. With the Hurricane that came through North Carolina, we have had problems even communicating among ourselves. I guess you have to forgive us North Carolinians for attracting so many hurricanes.
Lynne called you back tonight and gave you the procedure to follow.
She also answered your Sales Ticket on August 25th with instructions in writing how to do this upgrade.
We just noticed (9:15PM) that you still have not removed your Hoster Lite so we can credit you for it and order your Hoster copy.
Please, follow our directions and all will go smoothly.
