I have never used it but the times are:

We provide live Chat sessions when you visit any web page on our site. You will see a popup green message inviting you to chat. Sales and Support representatives are on the Chat line during these hours: - 10am-12am EST - Monday
- Not Available - Tuesday
- 10am-12am EST - Wednesday
- 10am-12am EST - Thursday
- 10am-12am EST - Friday
- Not Available - Standard Holidays
The EST is the time in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA 27623
Other than that can we on the forum help, what is your problem ?
