The only way I can think of to do what you ask using Hoster 5.01, you need Microstudio installed on your new computer as well, then in Microstudio/Tools/Default Folder choose C/MTU/KMA.
That will auto save your files to the KMA folder, then you would probably have to use the Rescan button in Hoster's Build Database dialog after highlighting that folder first.

The problem with this idea is you could end up with all sorts of files in your KMA folder because this would be Microstudios default folder.

I still think it would be better to save your Microstudio files in a separate folder, then copy and paste them into your C/MTU/KMA folder, then highlight that folder in Hosters Build Database dialog and press the rescan button."

The following paragraph is printed in the Manuel:
"If you move files to a folder that is already indexed, click the "Rescan Folder" and the selected file Types are looked for, and when new ones are found, they are indexed with the next BookID"
