- Computer Type - (Laptop)
- Operating System- (Vista)
- Processor speed-(dualcore 2.0 Hz)
- Ram in computer-(4Gigs)
- Hoster Version-4.06
- A detailed description of the problem. i can not install the software as it is locked out.
If any 1 can help thank you. the show i had booked would have allowed me to upgrade to the new version of hoster, but my health has kept me with out income for almost 2 years now.

I am sorry you lost that show and that you have health problems.
When you open a ticket with MTU you should get an Auto -response email back within a couple hours. If you did not get this response then either you did not complete the ticket correctly or you have email from MTU.com blocked. Check your spam messages to see if it is there.
Did you include your registration number so they could find it to clear it?
Being such a short term it might have been better to use the emergency ticket.
