I just want my money back and MTU can cancell this program and all further support, and I'll go back to using the simple and sure rocbox program.........Once again this program is a piece of crap!!!

Sounds Like Operator Error... Give Us Some More Info... Obviously the masses that have it working with their computer will disagree with you... Read the manual, come back with more computer spec information, Hoster version that you upgraded from, etc. and we will try to help you!
