Gentlemen, the fault is not in what rickyrey is doing, but a flaw that appeared in Windows SN and Hoster 4.21, 4.22, 4.32. Only MTU can fix this, and I have done so for rickyrey so he can now install 5.01.
We have instructed our webmaster to delete all RegRecords that contain this flaw, but he still hasn't. I'll call him again today and pressure him to do it. Once done, ths "already installed on 2 computers" should disappear, except where there truly is 2 installs and you are trying to install on a third.
Dale, please note that since May of 2010, we no longer require a prior version to be found when doing an upgrade. In that month, we modified our web scripts to consider "older" Upgrade RegCodes to be the same as Original RegCodes, except the Original RegCode they replaced cannot be used any longer.

AFTER May 2010 no longer give you another RegCode. Your currently active RegCode you are upgrading is simply extended to allow installing the current version and those for the next 12 months. It really is much easier, except this grimlin that crept into Hoster due to a Windows flaw.
