I can confirm the bit above from Wes statement,
Open singers list, select singer, from the list if you have a key change on one song in that list and you highlight that song first followed by holding the shift key and selecting all songs below it, when they move to the playlist they are all the same key change as the first one in list.

I have no problem saving playlists with the Save As on my Windows 7 system.
