If you purchased an upgrade it does require you to already have your original purchased version on the computer.
If you purchased the full product then it should install on a new computer.

Depending which version you previously had, if it was the previous version 4.32 it should allow you to un-install from your old computer and reinstall on your new one providing you are connected to the Internet when you un-install. Then upgrade that to 5.00.
If you have the full version (Not Lite) you can have it on 2 computers but again you must have an existing payed for version on that computer to upgrade.
If you are trying to install this on a new computer because your old one ceased to work and you can't un-install from the original computer then I'm afraid the only thing you can do is send a support ticket explaining this and Admin will have to reset your account.
This would also be neccesary for most of the earlier versions that did not allow you to un-install and reinstal to different computers without informing MTU.
Same if you purchased the full product and it won't install, again submit a support ticket via the main MTU site.
