Re: Locking up when importing bin
If you have sent your support ticket correctly, you should receive an automated response back with a ticket number to your email address. If you don't receive this auto response then you must have done something wrong like entered your email wrong or something.
MTU do not work weekends so you would be unlikely to get a fix before Monday.
Depending which version of Hoster you have, full version allows for 2 computers the lite version only one computer.
The message seems to suggest that you have installed this on 2 computers already, if that is not the case, have you altered anything like had a repair done on a computer.
Before you try anything else, try going to Start/ All programs/Accessories/System Tools/System restore.
This will present you with a widow where you can select a time before your last update. If the date of the recommended restore is not before the date you started having problems click the other option to choose a restore point.
If this doesn't get you going you can reverse the process so you will be back where you are now.
The only other options are to see if you can use the uninstall option from the Hoster.exe File then reinstall after that, or wait for your response from MTU who may have to reset your download link.
