Problem: You see this error message in Microstudio V2.103 (does not appear in prior versions) when you try to write a CDR disc faster than 6x write speed

Solution 1: Upgrade to Microstudio V2.200 or higher. This was a bug only in V2.103.

Solution 2: To continue using V2.103, do not select a Drive menu Speed Selection command Write Speed setting faster than 6x.
