I am not sure if this program will be of use to you as I have not used it myself but is an automatic file re namer. It's called Tune Up ID3 renamer 4.0.11.
I believe you can rename files from their id3 tags. It is available from here: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multime...-renamer.shtml
When the file name has the title and artist displayed at least you can see at a glance what the file is.
After thinking more about this it probable only works on the MP3 file not on the .cdg part.
